The production company behind the programme is looking for contestants. A new dating show set to hit television screens soon is looking for people to star in the programme. The show, which currently has the working title ‘The Cabins’, is due to become part of ITV2’s schedule following the postponement of Love Island until because of the coronavirus pandemic. The channel has joined forces with 12 Yard Productions and a message on the latter’s website is encouraging singletons to sign up.
An Instagram account also appears to have been set up for the show under the moniker thecabins.

Amazon Prime Video today announced that one of the biggest, most exciting and most talked, written and tweeted about TV formats in the world right now is coming to France, exclusively for Prime members. Full of romance, humour and of course love, Love Island is filmed and edited in real-time with daily episodes released every evening so the TV audience can play a key role in the story that plays out through voting in an interactive app.

And, after dealing the blow that there would be summer Love Island this year due to the global coronavirus pandemic, ITV confirmed that the much loved show wouldn’t be back until summer That means that their is a clear gap in the TV schedules for a winter love fest and that could be filled by a new show with a working title of The Cabins.
Its Instagram account is hinting that it could well be what fans were hoping Winter Love Island would be, with cosy log cabins and snow rather than South African sun and bikinis.
